How much does Onda lifting cost in Gangnam?
On September 18, 2026, six Gangnam-area clinics published Onda prices on their own websites. Face treatments ranged from ₩100,000 for 10kJ (10,000 lines) to ₩1,500,000 for 200kJ (200,000 lines). Most listed prices were event prices, and VAT handling differed between clinics.
Why do Onda prices look so different between clinics?
Because Onda is priced by the amount of energy delivered, and clinics write that amount two different ways: in kJ or in "10,000 lines" units. 10,000 lines equals 10kJ. A ₩49,000 listing and a ₩1,500,000 listing are usually not the same treatment size.
What is Onda and how is it different from Thermage or Ultherapy?
Onda is a device from the Italian manufacturer DEKA that uses 2.45GHz microwaves. The energy is absorbed well by subcutaneous fat, so clinics use it for the fat layer, while Thermage targets the dermis and Ultherapy the SMAS layer. Which one suits you is a decision for a doctor who has examined you.
Do these prices include VAT?
Not consistently. One clinic states VAT is included, another states VAT is excluded, and several do not say. Korea adds 10% VAT to cosmetic procedures, so ask for the all-in total before you book.
